baby colic

Colic is periods of significant distress in an otherwise well feed healthy baby.

Causes of  colic

Some expert say it result of allergy to milk protein.

Colic symptoms

1.clenching his/her fist's

2.bending his/her arm and legs to to

words his/her belly

3.Bloated tummy

4.Have a red flash face wen she /his  cries

5. Pass gas while he/she cry's

6.tightening of his/her stomach muscles.

What's age does babies get colic

When the baby cries regularly for more than 3hours a day  he or she has colic.

It mostly starts few weeks after birth .

It become worse between 4 to 6weeks of age. Babies usually grows out of colic by the time they are 3to 4months old.

How would you known your baby is colicky in addition to three hours.

1.Crying occur at same time every day usually in late  afternoon or early evening but can vary.

2.crying seen to occur for no reasons (not cause by diaper or hunger).

3.baby may pull up his legs clench is fists 4.He /she also often will close his /her eyes open them wide and Farrow his /her brow even hold his breathe briefly.

5.bowel activities may increase and  may cause gas or spit up.

6.eating and sleeping are disrupted by crying.

How to clam them down 

1.laying them on their back in a dark quite room

2.swaddle him snugly in a balance

3.lay him across your lap and gentle rub the back

4.try infant massage

5.put some warm water bottle on your baby belly

6.have him/her suck pucifer

7.soak him/her in a warm bath.
